For those of you new to the blog or to reading Experience Life magazine, check out the manifesto by founding editor Pilar Gerasimo. I remember first reading it 2010 and thinking, Wow, I’m not alone. They get it here. I truly found my people. If this is what we believe, I’m fully on board. A group of health journalist willing to question the studies and the institutions, and examine what has long worked and what doesn’t (or hasn’t been), to share how being healthy and living with vitality involves the body, mind, and spirit.
