** In the “Jumping Pull-Up” segment of this video, the audio states that you should use a double overhand grip while the video shows the model using a double underhand grip.  Per the original article that appeared in the November 2014 issue of Experience Life, the featured exercise does call for an OVERHAND grip, though an underhand (chin-up) or parallel grip is noted as a variation. We apologize for this discrepancy in the video and for any confusion it might have caused about the exercise.
