Makes 1 1/3 cups
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup homemade mayonnaise
- 2 tbs. minced dill pickle
- 2 tbs. capers, rinsed and chopped (optional)
- 1 tbs. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Chill until ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
