Tartar Sauce

Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Chill until ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Makes 1 1/3 cups

Preparation time: 15 minutes

  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs. minced dill pickle
  • 2 tbs. capers, rinsed and chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbs. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
