    If the model were a male, i doubt u would make that useless comment.
    When was the last time u saw someone in the middle of a serious workout smiling?
    The model did a great job to me, in all aspects.

    Nice video explaining the workout however your model illustrator should smile a bit to at least appear to be enjoying the workout. It really makes the training video more enjoyable to the viewer.
