I’m just seeing very young people in these previews. I’m 62, strength train twice weekly and do cardio daily, but some of the moves on these previews look like I’d be dead in the water! Is this workout recommended for people “of a certain age” or is it primarily geared toward more the youthful and agile. P.S. – I’ve had THREE major spine reconstruction surgeries that prevent me from running and/or bending. Still possible?
Takes a bit to get used to it. Of course my wife got it faster than I did lol, but once you get the moves down it is a lot of fun!
