I gotta add that yeah… the top and bottom vidoes are the same, both have a screen at the beginning saying ‘Workout B’. Would love to see the video for Workout A too! 🙂
Also I gotta say this workout’s been awesome!!! I’ve done various workouts from just strength training to boxing workouts, and this has had some really amazing effects on me! I’ve been struggling with muscle imbalances and tight fascia lines, primarily caused by a twist in my torso that also caused hip and leg problems. This workout actually makes me feel more mobile!! I think coz both Workout A and B have twisting exercises, doing single leg squats and lunges has really improved my balance in ankles/feet, and the squat to stand warmup has really helped me learn to draw my shoulders back and engage my back more which I was sadly lacking as a hunched over desk sitter. :/
Is it just me or are the videos at the top and the bottom of the page the same?
Love this thanks. But I don’t see the workout “a” vid. And throwing the medicine ball against the wall or floor is not an option for me. Suggestions for alternatives?
Thanks.
Hi MH,
The “A” video is the main video at the top of the page. We don’t have the capability to make alternative recommendations other than what’s already on the page, but we suggest you check with a personal trainer at your gym on in your area for additional ideas.

Thanks for the reply. But the videos at the top and the bottom of the page are the same as far as I can see. So if that’s the A video then where is the B?
Thanks.
I compared the video clips with the magazine article that accompanies, and the vid’s are the same for WORKOUT B, that’s WORKOUT B only — there is no video for WORKOUT A, did you get that? No video for WORKOUT A. Check out the vid’s yourself and verify with the article . THanks.
Our apologies for the error. Workout A is now the featured video, with the warm-up, recovery, and Workout B videos below. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! -Jamie Martin, Director of Digital Initiatives
