When the alarm sounds, get up and move your body for just five minutes.
No matter what type of event you’re competing in — be it a 5K run, duathlon, or triathlon — chances are you’re going to require some specialized gear. This week’s challenge is to get organized so you don’t find yourself on the starting line or mid-transition without a key piece of equipment. This checklist below is a good starting point, but make adjustments according to your activity and specific needs.
