INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 tbs. chopped fresh mint
1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbs. chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
Made this today, minus the mint and Chia seeds, since I did not have any. Added a tiny bit of honey. Came out great. Thanks
