If you’ve followed my blog for some time now, you’ll know I love a good challenge. One of my first challenges came from the magazine, through its Take Action Challenge.

Easy reminders and friendly to-dos such as:

  • start and end your days well
  • drink eight, 8-oz. glasses of water a day
  • turn off the TV
  • declutter one space a day

These among other small steps to making life healthier and less chaotic. And the eight-week program is free! Yes, free!
