Welcome to the Take Action Challenge — and congratulations on taking the first step toward healthier living! We’re excited to accompany you on this journey to create healthy habits for eating, moving around, and creating peace of mind.
Experience Life’s Take Action Challenge is a FREE eight-week, email-based program that will support you in your quest to achieve your healthy eating, fitness, and self-care goals.
In each of the weekly Take Action emails, we’ll offer one simple, doable challenge to carry out each day of the week — things that you can do right now to start changing your life for the healthier. Plus, we’ll provide great tips and resources for overcoming any resistance or barriers you might run into, and inspiration to help shift your perspective.
In addition to the weekly challenge (which you’ll find in your inbox first thing Monday morning), you’ll also receive a weekly follow-up email (mailed on Thursdays) that includes check-in questions, and more ideas and tips in case you’re having problems incorporating the change. Connect with other participants by chatting with them via the comments section below, and find support and inspiration to keep at it.
Before you know it, you’ll be doing something good for yourself each and every day!
