Use TwoGrand to help track your food consumption.

There’s no shortage of apps to help you track your food and fitness. While their interfaces vary, most are based on the same concept: numbers (calories, grams, miles, etc.). Despite its numerical title, TwoGrand does nothing of the sort. This free photographic food journal lets you log photos of your food. It has an Instagram feel, right down to the social component. Members can “follow” each other and peruse one another’s meals, snacks, workouts, and progress pictures. The comments section beneath each pic allows members to share recipes, exercise ideas, and support.
