New Headspace users can test-run a series of guided meditations (led by co-creator and former Buddhist monk Andy Puddicombe) free of charge for 10 days. After that, a subscription of $12.95/month unlocks more sessions (hundreds of hours of content), which can be tailored to mood and lifestyle.
