CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS: Because you purchased your subscription through Apple, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we would like to offer you a one-year’s subscription to our digital edition hosted by Zinio — no matter the number of issues left on your original subscription.

Simply follow these steps to validate your current subscription and claim this offer:

iPhone/iPad:

1. Open Settings and tap iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Take a screenshot of your Subscription.
6. Email the screenshot and your full name to experiencelife@experiencelife.com to validate your subscription and we will reply with a link to your free Zinio subscription. [Please note: Your Zinio subscription will be assigned to the email address you respond with.]

Desktop (via iTunes):

1. Open iTunes, select Account/View My Account, and sign in to your account.
2. In the Purchase History section, select See All.
3. Locate and take a screenshot of your Experience Life subscription.
4. Email the screenshot and your full name to experiencelife@experiencelife.com to validate your subscription and we will reply with a link to your free Zinio subscription. [Please note: Your Zinio subscription will be assigned to the email address you respond with.]
