  • I just go the Experience Life magazine. The first thing got my attention was wrote in the cover on the right of the top of the magazine: “One Month to Muscles” With Rachel Cosgrove and Jen Sinkler”….. but As always I read the cover article first…. This month was about Gabrielle Bernstein, I loved it. I was reading and trying to get all the lights that come with her answers. I loved it.
Them I moved to my point! “One Month to Muscles”..
I finished the article and I saw that we have more “on the Web”: I put the link on Google and it couldn’t be found. So I came to the magazine online, and here Im: Im also a personal training. I was looking for some nice different and well done GYM program…. since I will be in Los Angeles, Ca for entire January(studying at NYFA)I’ll definitely going to use this program with me and my girl friends there to get in better shape in one month. WOW!
I really like the way Rachel and Jen propose it! Ill Rock it!
Thank you so much for this NEW YEAR good started gift!
    All the best,
    Kristie Miyamoto

Is this even possible with tendonitis? I need to build muscle but I’m weak on the right forearm. ALSO, it’s been almost 4 months since I had a hip replacement. I am healed but need to rebuild alot of muscles. My t-band muscle needs alot of work.

        Terri,

We recommend that you check with your doctor or physical therapist for recommendations on what you should — or shouldn’t — be doing at this time.

        Best in health,
        Jocelyn
