Here's a treatment I just learned about that has promise for the "Cicada" effect that you talk about and plagues my life now, 24/7. Having suffered the constant ringing for years, and realizing it's not going to get better without an aggressive approach, your blog set me on a path of research that brought me to this potential solution. It's got pretty good science behind it and some convincing testimonials.
While taking this remedy, I'll be watching your blog for an update on your experience with Pulsatilla.

Thanks for posting Craig. When starting a fitness program, unless you're the one who's planning the whole thing, it can be a bit of a pain. I think your Yoga sounds like it'll do a lot of good. I run 2.28 km almost every morning. At first it was a bit of a pain, but now I really enjoy it. I think one of the secrets to improving your time is to increase testosterone through certain exercises and diet. Good luck :)

Do some easy stretching. You can search "stretching" on this Web site. There are a bunch of great tips.

I love when being fit pays dividends like this! Just the sledgehammer and a tire is satisfying, so actually producing something useful through your labor must be immensely gratifying.
