My take on “over the hill” and “peaking” thinking, and why I’m advocating for a different life graph that focuses on joy and pleasure and self-fulfillment.
Sometimes, the best is yet to be. That's what baby boomer and fashion model Cindy Joseph has discovered as she's grown older and wiser. Here, she shares the lessons she's learned.

You are so right! The battles of life can either sweeten or embitter you–and if you let yourself be “sweetened,” you bring something special to those around you. That’s you, Cindy! Your message is welcome in our world!
I love this life graph. I will be turning 60 very soon and I feel that I am in the best shape I have been. Not only physically, but mentally as well. I am more mindful of life and how beautiful the world around me is. I have learned so many tools for dealing with crap that gets thrown at me from time to time and I just didn’t have that when I was young. I didn’t have such a positive self-image. Yes, I see aging as making me a more beautiful loving person!!
It’s all good!

Good day! Just discovered YOU and YOUR BLOG and so happy I did! Dare I say, you are quite the inspiration to those of us who have the ‘audacity’ to believe that we get more and more beautiful as the years go by. I am one of them. Yes, yes I am. I try my best to convert others towards that truth as well. And may I say a big thank you for keeping your hair long and lovely. I have never subscribed to that out-dated belief that once women reach a certain age they are required to cut their hair short…bleh…you keep on, girl. btw….I am still warming up to the ‘silver’ though for myself that is…you look great with it!
