Hello again! Today’s post is all about embracing and celebrating your own unique self — because you are each amazing and beautiful just as you are. I hope you enjoy it!
PS: I’m still getting the hang of this vlogging thing, so please excuse the choppy intro!

I love your attitude, Cindy! So refreshing and you are leading a great movement on Pro-Aging… thank you , thank you.
Cindy I love your vlog! I am new to the blog and was thrilled to find it. You have been an inspiration on my letting my silver shine. We are the same age and I would see you in ads and think how beautiful you looked with silver hair. Thanks for inspiring all women and best wishes on your marriage.
Girl! You are tellin’ it! I made the choice to stop jumping into a dye bottle several years ago, and nearly every day I receive compliments on my silvery hair! Startled by a gray streak at age 22, I fought my hair color for decades until I realized that allowing (ah, yes, that yogic magic!) my hair to be precisely what it is without apology is not only okay, it’s life-enhancing and -celebrating. I will not go back, ever!
Cindy, your message is SO important & you express it so beautifully! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Great post!!!! Everything you said is true. I’m get so dismayed with magazines photo shopping not just older women, but younger women thinking they are making them look better! It’s crazy. I have long “platinum” hair. I’m 58 and dress and look the way I want to look. Some women are so afraid of being judged by their peers they adopt a “safe” look. It starts in the teens where everyone wants to look a like. I like individuality. I always told my daughter…”Dare to be different.”
Wonderful inspiration as always. You have been. I too am tired of the dye jobs! I am going au natural! Silver is good!! I love all your BOOM products! The cream is luscious! Will you do a similar body lotion???
Thank you!
I’ve been getting your posts for a while but the vlog is really good — like chatting with a friend! I had a silver (yes, I like that word too) streak in my hair at 16. It’s in my family. I colored my hair for years and finally couldn’t do it anymore because of the chemicals, which can cause reactions if you have tattoos. I let it go naturally silver a few years ago (I’m 57 now) and I get so many compliments on my hair (even from kids)! You are doing a wonderful thing — empowering a lot of people to think differently.
Good stuff!
I’m 61 & silver too!
I also refer to my hair as silver and not gray…but, I didn’t know why…I just knew it sounded better!
I like the way you describe it…”because silver has value”!!!!!!
I’ve been enjoying your Boom products and am enjoying listening to you and following you now on this vlog (new word!?)
Empowering to be talking about this ‘proaging’ v. antiaging in a public forum!
Thanks
Laura
