    Sounds more like the pseudo science diet to me. Remember the eat right for your type debacle?

    I fit 11 of the criteria for a hunter and 7 for a farmer. What type of diet would be best to eat.

    I was captivated by this concept of the hunter/farmer diet. As a second year medical student, we are given information on nutrition that is “one size fits all”. Based on my experiences, it is obvious that metabolisms differ greatly between people. Catering to the individual seems to be the obvious solution. I will definitely take this idea into consideration for my patients.
